Kylian Mbappe is the most highly-valued attacker in world football, but what other forwards, strikers and attacking players feature in the top 10?

FootballTransfers’ transfer valuations are calculated in collaboration with SciSports, a world-leading football analytics agency that assesses the relative transfer valuations of over 60,000 professional footballers worldwide. SciSports use multiple data points including current and potential ability, contract length, form, age, and other crucial factors.

The forward with the highest price tag in world football is PSG superstar Kylian Mbappe. Despite his contract expiring in a year, such is the 22-year-old’s brilliance that it would take an offer of €159.5 million just to make PSG blink.

Mbappe’s PSG teammate Neymar is the second-most valuable forward in our list at €115.9m. That is almost half the €220m that PSG paid Barcelona for his services four years ago.

The attacker with the third highest price tag is Manchester City wonderkid Phil Foden. Although he is more of an attacking midfielder by nature, Pep Guardiola has developed the 20-year-old into an outside forward or winger. He is worth €108.4m.

Another Englishman is in fourth place in the form of winger Jadon Sancho. He is valued at €107.5m, although Manchester United seem set to sign him for slightly less than that.

Completing the top five is Sancho’s soon-to-be former Borussia Dortmund teammate Erling Haaland. The Norwegian goal machine is rated at €100m and it seems certain that number will only increase in the coming months and years.

Next comes two more Englishmen in Marcus Rashford at €98.3m and Harry Kane at €97.1m. The latter has, of course, issued a transfer request this summer in order to join Manchester City.

The striker that Kane could replace in the team at Man City is in eighth place – with Gabriel Jesus valued at €96.2m.

In ninth position we have a player who often plays at left back for Bayern Munich, but is an attacking winger naturally; Alphonso Davies at €89.5m.

Finally, in tenth, we have the only Serie A player in the list in the form of Inter star Romelu Lukaku. The Belgian has been reborn in Italy and is valued at €87.2m.
